How long will my repair take?

Whether its the colour of the paint, how deep the dent or scratch is, where the repair is located and the make & model of the car, it can vary from job to job but is generally between 1 and 4 hours. We will provide estimated repair time before starting.

Do I need to bring my car to you?

Fix My Scratch is a fully mobile service, all repairs are  completed on-site at your home, workplace, or wherever is most  convenient.

How long after a repair is finished do I need to wait before driving the car?

Is there a size limit on the damage that can be repaired in my driveway?

Yes, mobile repairs are generally limited to minor scuffs dents scratches, scrapes and dings the type of damage that is typically caused from everyday incidental driving  and car park mishaps. We at Fix My Scratch do repair various panel damage ranging from minor to major scuffs dents scratches scrapes and dings. We will advise if the damage is to large for a mobile repair upon quoting.

How Is The Colour Matched To My Car?

Our vehicles are fitted with a full automotive paint system capable of creating and matching every vehicle colour using the vehicle colour code no different to the process and paints used in a quality panel repair shop.  In addition for more difficult colours we also carry Spectrophotometers, a device that measures the wavelength of light which is used to determine the colors present and using this information to provide an accurate colour match and tint formula.
